When the Pope said that “ANYONE that is more concerned about building walls (walls separate) than they are to build bridges (bridges unite) they are not Christian”; the IMPLICATION is that LOVE is Christian and seeks ways to redeem. HATRED is Satanic and seeks ways to separate and destroy. If it was honorable to tear down the Berlin wall, what makes it honorable to build a Mexican wall. Have you forgotten the menace of the “Iron Curtain”? Does it matter whether Barbed Wire or common rope, is used to create a barrier, which can become just that, a barrier. Look to God for the solution of the dispute. God can and has control of the “middle wall of petition”.
